Walking back to happiness
Esther Nagle used to see walking as a way to get to the pub without risking her driving licence, and nothing more. Certainly not fun. Until she went for a walk with her mother at a very difficult time of life, and it changed her life forever. On that mountain path Esther found a path to healing from bereavement, discovered adventure and a love of the outdoors. And found that there is great healing and joy to be found in a pair of walking boots. Esther’s story will inspire you to take to the hills and experience the joys that nature and a good long walk has to offer.
