About Aled Nelmes
Born in Abergavenny and grown in Pembrokeshire, Aled is a 22 year old Cardiff student and Marketing Consultant. Forever a creative mind, Aled began teenage life as a drummer where he first started to notice the positive effects music can have on childrens’ mental health. It wasn’t until last year that Aled first experienced anxiety and depression whilst going through a stressful time in his career. Now on a wonderful road to happiness, Aled is passionate about raising awareness of male depression and breaking down the masculine mindset that stops so many men from expressing their emotions.
