About Michael Baker

Michael is passionate about lots of things including: his work as a leadership development consultant, his native Ireland, social justice and spending time with his friends.

Born in Ireland some years ago, he immigrated to England in his early 20’s before finding his real new home in Wales about 25 years ago. He lives in Cardiff, runs a number of companies in the city and is happiest cooking for friends – anything involving cream and alcohol.
