About the speaker
Arran is what often feels like the world’s oldest undergraduate student, having moved to Cardiff at the start of 2017 to begin his first degree. He’s often found arguing about things he has no strong opinions on and actively seeking out any opportunity to make himself or others a little uncomfortable. Arran’s talk focuses on how we think of the individuals in our daily lives and the thought process behind our attitudes towards other people’s actions. Drawing on his personal choices, circumstances and candor, he hopes to shed a little light on how we can all try to be a little more understanding in the busy and often frantic lives we live.
